Opening styles are missing at an extreme rate. This is not being blocked by bubble and is with 99% player crafted weapons that are crafted. Chat then shows a 100% miss rate.
Opening styles on new targets appear to be Miss at a signifcantly high rate. Recognized in RVR

should no longer be the case since a week or two ago when we switches miss / resist to the random number tables again instead of using PRD which reduces streaks
