Onehanded Trident (reskin in Albion) has no modifications available from the Effect Merchant

In an attempt to create my own version of Bane, I bought the Onehanded Trident [right hand_1004] reskin for my arcanium exceptional rapier. To my dismay, there are no modifications available for it on the effect merchant.

Please, I implore you, aid me in my quest for the unobtainable.
