on S/C Selfbuff recast u have to Reg ur HP again
Means, u buff ur Self Str/Con Buff, reg ur HP to full Health, BEFORE it fades rebuff u have to reg again ur HP which shouldn happen cause u have/had the buff all time
quess this Problem is on all Classes with self S/C like Thane/Aug Healer etc.with timed s/c
