[Npc]forest runner

This ranged mob instead to shot enemy it will try use bow while running to it's target.
It should stay in place(ofc if in range) and shot target until got interrupted/meleed.
Could be related to all ranged type of mobs.

1)get ranged mob, in this case forest runner from forest sauvage
2)command it to attack your target
3)see how it attack
