I'm not sure if this is truely valid or not since we aren't trying to place mobs all in their _"correct"_ spots; however, I'm filing it for now and someone else can decide if it's valid

While we are not being strict on correct mob placements, we do like to get it right when we can. This has always been a known spot. Checked area, camp was completely missing and no mobs near by. Camp has been added.
