Necro with 47 Servant, Facilitate Pain 100% interrupted in rvr with no stun mezz anims

Been running a Necro with 47 Servent in RVR for a few days.
eg I stand at flag, I see grp coming fast. I hit FP Once I hit PBAoE once. I then shake like a dungeon boss not getting a single hit off. FP has ghosted. I have 10+hits on my and no hits on the enemy grp.
There are no Mezz or stun anims or indications in the log.
I've worked on timing and asked /advice and Discord
Ashok suggested I mention here.

You need to be in like 500 range of your shade that it works.
If you are in range it works.

Charplaner says range is 5000, ingame range is 500.
That's the bug, should be 5000.

I feel that I am in close to people and running it as it should.
If I do it eg in Sidi I get lots of hits NOT using the FP. In RvR, I've given it days of timing testing and looking at the hit logs, but when everyone is in range, just before the 1st hit on me, I cast FP then AOE with the enemies in 500 range. While getting extensively hit, nothing goes off and I just take a long line of hits and go down. I've tried it over and again, just before people hit me and just after, calmly pressing 2 then 3. I dont know if I'm doing something wrong with timing or what, as I cant find other Servent 47 necros to ask as it seems unpopular. With one mob on me I can get a cast off with it, but with multiple mellee on me, it doesnt work.

Well you get amnesia / stunned / mezzed most likely, test it in PvE there is no different behaviour in RvR.
