Necro Health Drops When Leaving Pet Range

Currently the Necro will drop to 9% life if he leaves the tether range of his pet regardless of the health of the pet.

The Necro should only drop to the same percentage of health the pet has when it dies from breaking tether range (with a minimum of 9%).

Need some evidence of this; as I don't believe this is correct.

It's a different patch but I'm not aware of this particular mechanic being changed. Once the fight is over you can see the pet at 29% life. The pet runs off due to pathing and you can see it leaves tether range by the warning in the chat box on left. As I port tether breaks due to the range and my life drops to 29% the same as the pet had at the time.
