MoC1 on Animist is bugged

MoC1 does 100% on Animist Arboreal spec Bomb spells "Spirit of Hatered. Aparently the game calculates those bombs as Turrets and as such does not lower its damage. U can use MoC1 to kill anyone in RvR for full damage.

Full damage on Spirit of Hatred Arboreal spec and Cycle of Death Baseline DD
After MOC1 Spirit of Hatred does 100% damage and Cycle of Death baseline DD only 30%
