Mob health regeneration.

Tryed to kill high level mob but after it turn out of combat(and started to return to his spawnspot) it regen so fast, was unable to kite and kill.

Mobs should regen way less, unless it's intended feature.

Completely +1 ! Mobs shouldn't be able to regenate while in fight that fast. This is a real problem for melee a mob if not fighter class as for ex. my shaman, as once the dot disappears i'm bashing endlessly on a mob regenerating sometimes more/faster as i can do damages, resulting sometimes in death for the player. Happened to me several times on yellow/ora mobs when my armor/weapon wouldn't proc/reproc.

atm mobs will regen to 100% whenever they deaggro it seems, tried to kill some higher mobs, killed Oona solo but took long ofc, with rapid fire.
would be nice without the HP regen, makes farming abit more possible
