Mob Arnulv - Mid s/c and d/q charge

In malmohus exact loc 35k 37k.

This mob respawns as Gunnolf when there is already a Gunnolf mob just 2k units to the southeast of it. There shouldn't be two Gunnolf named mobs at the same time.

Arnulv correctly respawn as Arnulv after some time. The confusion was created a non-spawner version of Gunnolf which shouldn't have been here and has been removed.
