Mob absorb decrease by stat debuffs should increase damage dealt by spells

Issue:
Currently, stat debuffing mobs so that their absorb lowers does not affect spells. This is incorrect behavior.

Fix:
Dex and Con debuffs should decrease the mob's absorb so that the spell damage AND melee damage increases.

(Quickness debuffs should decrease the mobs attack speed and Strength debuffs should decrease the mobs damage, as shown in the sources.)

only con debuff and s/c debuff. dex/str debuff should not reduce "absorb", otherwise i would play dark sm

@MeanderSilberberg, this is not true. Check the sources for more clarification. Especially the TL about champion stat debuffs is very clear about the effect of DEX on mob absorb.

I have created a video to show that DEX still does not affect magic (and perhaps melee?) absorb on mobs after the patch.

STR/CON now correctly increases absorb though, this is great. However, both DEX/QUI and DEX still fail to affect mob absorb.
