Minstrel flute mezz is not a pulse/song

Currently the minstrel flute mezz is behaving weirdly. It does remove your previous chant, yet it doesnt remain an active chant. It is merely a regular cast, but not a pulsing chant as it should be.

You should be able to have the flute mezz pulse on a target in the regular pulse cycle.

I'm pretty sure this is invalid. Can you please provide evidence to back up your claim. Perhaps either on live or Uthgard? As far as I know this has been tested and it is behaving correctly as intended.

Flute mezz is a song (the playing of the flute) that creates a pulse, like every other song. Here this pulse ends on application and resist and rupts in both cases whereas the live behavior would be to not rupt but not end on resist. The difference is intentional.
