Logged onto my Minstrel. She was in Camelot square next to forge. Hit speed and went to Minstrel trainer in Academy. Highlighted trainer and /level. I got no pop ups stating I leveled. The combat screen did say "You gain a total of 970, 504, 569 experience points." The character screen still said level 17 so I logged out to character log in screen. It stated my minstrel was 30. Upon logging back in I do have the points to train and she is listed at level 30 but I did not receive any of the armor expected.
