[MID] Volatile Harm Turning Tincture - Value/ABS messed up.

Tincture gives "150 ABS 100% ABS 50 VALUE" .Supposed to be 50% ABS 150 VALUE according to allakhazam. Have Put it on template pants and received just 50 damage absorbed in a test.Can I have new pants ?
