Mid SI Neck quest Hunter 100% bow missing from quest selection

When i did the SI Neck quest for my Hunter, after step 3 the options for the 100% spear and 2Handed Sword popped up. The issue here is that the 100% Bow for this quest is missing, i got the 100% qual bow on both my ranger and Scout, but not my Hunter!
