Mid Portal Keep in Hadrians is missing Porter

Whilst the doors are now fixed, there's no Gothi on the pad to port you back like there is in MPK in Emain.

So whilst you can port to MPK in Hadrians and you can leave without jumping over the walls you can't port back to Svasud.
