as many people i had a problem with guild house, wasn't able to transform my house in guild house,
i've done many different tryes and at the end i've founded a way to make it work.
i had a voult in my house with some items insyde, when i tryed to do to transfer i've picked up the vault obviusly,
my house was empty but it still wasn't working with a message " your house have some vault " or somthing like that, and than i wasn't able to do any kind of click till a restart of the game,
the problem was that i've picked up the vault with still the items insyde, for some reason the game think that items are still in the house, so you just have to empty all vaults and all vendors from your items before picking them up, after these my guild transfer worked.
