Mastery of Stealth does not reset after respec until log out.

Spec Stealth 50 - get MoS IX
Respec to 27 - should get MoS IV - but remains at IX
Logout out and in and it will be IV

Tested on inf and Scout - identified by walking speeds being out of whack on two stealth spec 27 sneaks
