I attempted to buy from hib market explorer (entrance and Dunshire one).
The item was listed and when I clicked buy, it showed me the CM window.
It wouldn't let me buy though. Selecting the item and clicking buy had no effect. There was no error message.
The house was house id was 3993, if that helps.
When I ran to the house and clicked on the CM, it wouldn't open the window.
I think it may have had private permissions but was set with /listmerchant enabled.
