Hey, the staff reward item charges for the Lost Stone of Arawn Quest are currently not working.
Items says it's a 331DD charge but currently has no effect. You can use the item and it consumes a charge but nothing happens.
Tested with Cab, Sorc and Theurgist Staff - same bug on all of them.
Tested in PvE on Monsters, regular RvR and duels, same outcome - charges consumed and no spell/DD is being casted.
I add a short screenshot of a combat log with confirmation that the Staff is being used without a effect occuring.
