LOS not working properly in towers

Some are able to cast out, no one is able to cast insinde (besides GTAE).
As seen in Crimthain Outpost and now also in Bledmeer Spire.
Dont know, if there are more Towers like that, which constantly say i cant cast on that enemy though i can see him perfectly 500 units standing infront of me..
