Lifetap procs on Sidi/TG/Gala weapons should be 100% dmg returned as life.

The lifetap weapons that drop from raid dungeons with 65 dd delve should have 100% damage healed as life. None of the old screenshots of items show a percentage based return and the low delve on the DD itself makes it logical that it was 100%.

There is even a tincture that drops in sidi ( Volatile Soul leeching Tincture- http://camelot.allakhazam.com/item.html?citem=27871 ). This tincture has the same 65 dd delve and shows that it is 100% of dmg returned as life.

Changing this for all the raid dungeon drops would put them in line with ROG weapons with 95 dd 60% return.
- 65 DD 100% = 65 heal
- 95 DD 60% = 57 heal

This would give players a choice to hunt down higher dps 95dd ROG, or better survivability 65dd raid weapons.
