Lifedrain Heal Variance Not Affecting Necromancer

With today's patch (3/27/19), Lifedrain heal variance is supposed to be taking into account caster's spec. After testing and comparing lifetaps/life return on Necromancer as well as Sorc (both specced 1 in life tap spec and max lifetap spec), the Necromancer is not facing the variance. The Necromancer is getting the delve return regardless of spec.

hi Woodspryte, just curious, is the Sorc tap ranging from 50%-62.5% ish? afaik it never went below the delve.

I didnt do an indepth test just a basic Yes its working, No its not thing.

With a 40Sorc, I tested the level 35lifetap (1 in Body spec) and the life return was between 10-20%. With 40 spec it returned between 56-60%.
Necro received delve value return at all spec levels.

Again, this was only a handful of spells to test actual working status.

Current implementation has variance between 50-125% of delve for unspec'd up to 100-125% for fully spec'd.
I will look at the necro case laster this week.

(In this example sorc lifetap should return between 30%-75% (unspec'd) and 60-75% (fully spec'd)

i'm too lazy to search the forum. Why this change? Spec already influences the damage. Or did i miss something?

After testing on live it was concluded that lifetap heals does NOT vary with spec. It is always 100-125%. Will be fixed in a coming patch.
