Legend Slayer's Bow ( Caer Sidi ) not giving proc
When I was sub lvl 45 I was getting messages that I wasn't high enough level to use the magical ability of this bow, but the effect was trying to trigger.
However now that I'm lvl 50, it never procs. It should give me a +1 endurance regen bonus for 2 minutes but it never does.
Is it bugging because I have tireless and lw1?
