Keep Doors do not show as open if they have been destroyed/Client has to click the door

Enemy has to click the door to open it instead of it just appearing as open

Mid owns keep, Albs take down outter door, Mids still see the door as closed and then all of a sudden Albs literally run through the closed door. Mids have to click it to show it as open.

The keep doors should now correctly update all the time and before you are actually in view of them. This will give the feel that the doors have always been open if they are when your avatar gets within visual rendering distance of the keep. Furthermore, a localized broadcast of the door status is forced to clients on door break that busts the client door cache status.
