Items disappear in housing when dropped on the ground in house.

When crafting in my house my inventory filled and I got the prompt for items being dropped to the ground. They never appeared and weren't lootable. Tried multiple location around the house crafting hooklpoint with the same result.

Had a similar issue while refilling CM with pots. The item appeared outside the house, roughly 500 locs from the door, but it was only visible when looking towards the house, not towards the item.

Similar issue while crafting inside Albion house. Crafted items dropped when inventory was full but I could not see them so I guess the dropped below the house?
