Item proc information missing vital text

I have an item called Sturdy Linen Double Stitched Leggings and it has a proc of value 14 but 14 what? There is text within the delve window of "Magical Ability:" but no text next to that e.g. Cold damage, Heal etc. It has "Range: 1500" so I presume its a DD proc. It has no "Damage type:" text.
