Dragon-shadow staff - Has a Insta heal for 80. However theres no icon to pull of it to /use it. Not sure if this is a known issue or not.

It's a proc. But it seems weird that a staff would have that.

It's a poorly designed melee staff, perhaps useful for a BD only. Records indicate proc is correct. We may decide to modify this later, however for the time being we will leave it in it's original state.
