I noticed last night an issue with Dark Spire bonuses.
In this image, you can see the stats of my Paladin sitting in Camelot. 60 con as a briton, 45 from leveling a paladin, 75 on my gear = 180.

In this image, you can see the stats of my Paladin while in Dark Spire. I currently have 12 clears, so there is a bonus of +12 Con and +260 Hit Points, giving me 1909 HP - https://i.imgur.com/KBw9AI0.png
The problem is, 1909 - 1850 is only +59 Hit Points. Not only am I not getting the full bonus from the +60 HP for the 12 clears, it seems like the additional Constitution has no effect on my hit points at all.
