A Minstrel tried to interrupt someone that was SOS'd by using insta stun and it didn't.
If you are effected by SOS, cc abilities don't seem to interrupt

Please test it on pend and better yet make a video. I'm pretty sure we tested it and it didn't rupt, at least root and mez should have been tested as bard was used for most sos tests
