Icestrider Interceptors / Frostweavers root (and nuke) spells put player into RVR combat

I noticed in Raumarik, fighting Icestrider Interceptors and Frostweavers. When they cast their root spell, it puts the player into RVR combat when it shouldn't.

The DD spell they cast may also do the same. These creatures are not realm players and should not put the player into RVR combat.
