Hunter Critical Shot

So I was playing my hunter, running from Mid Portal Keep to Mid Mile Gate in Emain unstealthed with Realm speed and sprinting. Aua/Uau (Or something like that) was a Scout that Critical shot me twice for around 500 damage. I did not stopped running at any time. Same thing happened on my templated Shadowblade and was shot for around 850 twice by the same scout. I've seen this happened to other people as well as I watch them get crit shotted on the move. I think Scout damage should be also checked.
The next day, I thought to myself about doing the same thing, by going by their Portal Keep and plink some Albs that are running towards their Mile Gate. But every attempt I've made on someone that just came out from their portal keep (out of combat and pvp vulnerable) I constantly get the message of "You can't get a critical shot on your target, you switch to a standard shot." And this had happened on multiple occassions.

Me as Hunter did Critshot Aua while he was mezzed. got message turn to normal shot (what is right, mezzed can`t be critshot), but still hit him for 400, while my normal shots after this done 200 damage. somehow broken crit shot mechanic here. and here u can read, how it should work : http://talsyra.tripod.com/daocmechanics/archery_bow_mechanics.html

Critshot damage is quiet good as it is now, no need to nerf it to make class not playable and not enjoyable to anyone. The bug while target is moving with critshot was already reported somewhere already, target will get critshot if he is not sprinting(so that is true).
