Hunter cant charm all blue mobs at 50

Cant charm all blue mobs (animals/insects) at L50 with 42 Beastcraft. It says they are too strong.
For example Icestrider Chiller/Frostweaver, Frost Wolfs in Raumarik. They are blue Con. Normally it should work.

Blue con is like 41-45 to a lvl 50. Hunters can only charm up to lvl 41.

As mentioned before, Hunters Charm works up to lvl 41.
