Upgrading a house (specifically referring here to T1 to T2 upgrade of Alb house) while hookpoints are occupied results in the original hookpoint objects remaining in the new house (however un removable - "Invalid hookpoint position -1". New hookpoints all act appropriately. House should not be able to be upgraded while hookpoints are occupied.
The new hookpoints are interactable and new objects placeable, resulting in 4 NPC hookpoints on the ground floor of the T2 house (2 unchangeable from T1, 2 new interactable as expected).
The bindstone takes up new residence half set into the wall, again "invalid hookpoint position -1" if you attempt to remove it, new bindstone is able to be placed in the T2 bindstone hookpoint.
Vault1 is a non-interactable object until relog, whereby it resumes it's Vault 1 status, although it cannot be picked up again. Vault 1 hookpoint can then have another vault1 placed, whereby you end up with 2 vault 1 access points. Vault 2 acts normally.
