Houses disappear when using return tokens

I was exploring Housing in Alb when I took a market return token to Old Sarum and then back to Caerwent. Ran back to my house to find that I couldn't see any of the houses, but consignment merchants were visible. Exited completely out of the game and logged back in and visibility was restored.

Happens after using one of the normal teleporters too, like the new Realm Teleporters at entrance.
