House Friend permission "Withdraw from Consignment Merchant" error

I have my guild set up as "Friend" with the following check boxes filled in at midgard house 2145:
Tools
Use Merchants
Enter House
Use Bind Stones
Add/Remove to/from Consign. Merchant

Please note that "Withdraw from Consignment Merchant" check box is empty.
The bug - Guildmate withdrew gold from consignment merchant

Needs to be fixed. Its hard to not be able to trust the house permissions...
