I collected the quest at level 20 from the NPS "Naois".
The quest asked for me to collect parcels from Cluricans.
I collected the 6 grain parcels - the quest text asks for "grain packages"
I leveled to 23 and returned to Naois to turn in the quest.
I can not turn in the grain parcels to Naois. Naois does not prompt me for the items. I can not drop the items on to the NPC for credit either.
Either the quest text is poorly written, and I need to turn the items in to some other NPC, or the quest itself is bugged.
