Hibernia - Animist - Base Damage+Debuff Wisps wrong duration

I did some testing and the body debuff of the base bombers seem to last 15 seconds instead of the 20 seconds that it should, these are the following spells that should be corrected:

Wisp Heat
Wisp Glow
Wisp Spark
Wisp Fire
Wisp Flame
Wisp Blaze
Wisp Flare
Wisp Pyre
Wisp Inferno

It looks like both values might be wrong and the actual debuff duration should be 60 seconds, the wips should only last the 20 seconds.

i see, well it's definitely not lasting 60 seconds, below you can see the debuff lasted 13 seconds (this was in game on phoenix server).
