(HIB) Incorrect Credit Required to buy Cloak of Icy Vigor

To purchase the Cloak of Icy Vigor using Phoenix Feathers it request that you have the Kill Credit for "Jarl Ormarr".

However usually the cloak drops off of Thane Dygve in Dodens Cavern and as such he should be the correct credit requirement.
