Herald doesn't seem to take into account deleted chars being remade under same name

Tested:

* Make ranger called Prickles, logged him in, played a bit and deleted him later
* On same slot made a level 40 Valewalker and played him a bit - get some RP's and XP - and did not delete him

http://herald.playphoenix.online/c/Prickles still shows Prickles as Ranger rather than a Valewalker
