Healer and shaman chest from TG don't see in game (drop or merchant)

Hi,

I noticed that Healer and shaman chest from TG doesn't appear at Tuscarian Glacier merchant in Jordheim

We ran some TG raids and I've never see droped too

Healer chest: Tuscarian Monitor Vest (http://camelot.allakhazam.com/item.html?citem=6274)
Shaman chest: Tuscarian Oracle Vest (http://camelot.allakhazam.com/item.html?citem=5700)
