Guild merit buff reports the buff wearing off when a new buff is applied.

I did a /gc info and confirmed the Current Merit Bonus said None.
I did a /gc buff xp, the message that I got was:

[Guild Buff] Your Experience guild buff has now worn off!
Splitquick has spent 1000 Guild Merit Points and activated a Guild Buff!
Your guild now has a bonus to Experience for 24 hours!

I checked /gc info and it said Current Merit Bonus: XP Bonus: 5%

So it appears it is applying correctly, but the message is incorrectly reporting it is replacing a buff that is already on.
