Guild emblem creation process bugged

Hello, Anduin here leader of Apex.
As I was creating my guild everything was going smoothly until the emblem process.
I had gathered over 200 gold and was set to choose my emblem. At this point in time only one other guild had gotten an emblem which was they choose the crimson cloak with 4 cross-swords. I then went to choose mine and it was behaving as if I already had one and the text prompt was asking: "Would you like to re-emblem your guild for 100 gold?" sure clicking accept it deducted 200 gold from my character and did not allow me to choose the emblem I wanted originally. Probably because I already had it somehow? Now I am assigned a cloak color of grey which is not what I originally selected which was crimson. So now I have gathered ANOTHER 100 gold and the text is the same, "Would you like to re-emblem your guild for 100 gold?" When I click accept it responds with, "You must have 100 gold to re-emblem your guild." This is very frustrating and I hope I do not lose the emblem.

An additional bug is when viewing the emblem on the cloak in classic character models when you lower your hood the emblem flips vertically.

Emblem flipping horizontally on use of /hood is an inconnu specific client bug that still exists on live today. May revisit this later and attempt to fix.
