I just bought the (Gilded Verdant Necklace) on Frontier-merchant in Jordheim for 20.000 Feathers.
Items /use don't work - it resets itself everytime I use it, and I dont get buff and have to wait 3 mins to /use again.

Yeah this exceptional Necklace is bugged the charges. Please fix it !!!!
