the gastornis at 54.6k 42.5k list as 60-62 on Zam. If that is their level, they are not dropping feathers.

Thanks you for the report. We are in the process of removing feathers from "trash" mobs outside of the SI dungeons - so this mob not dropping feathers is intended.
