Friar self-haste overwrites other haste (rather than co-exist)

Meaning if you do use your own haste you're at a disadvantage when it drops, since you won't have "your regular haste" (from buff /potion) anymore.

Suggestion: Make the haste from friar (self-haste; timered) co-exist with other haste. Same goes for VW, and to a lesser extent Savage (since they can recast their own haste without CD)
