the friar af baseline buff takes the conc but doesnot apply efffect when cast on self.
I think he means that the baseline AF isn't co-existing with the friar spec AF buff like it should be. It just acts like you have a stronger buff up if you try to base AF yourself when your spec AF is up.
There has been several changes to AF buffs lately. Do you still see a problem with this?
Testing this I see base AF gives +65 and spec AF gives +72. Both buffs gives +137 which adds up.
Base buff and Friar self (Spec) are supposed to stack.
Coexist means they both are present but only the more powerful one gives effect. (This is not applicable in this scenario)
When you say "no effect" do you mean no spell effect/buff icon? AF value not updated? Incoming melee damage not reduced?
