Forest Hunter doesn't attack back (While using bow)

Forest Hunters in Thid (only seen this so far there) do not attack back if attacked with a bow, they run into bow range, and stand there letting you mow them down. Obviously they are placeholder mobs, but they can currently be used to farm tinders or xp without getting touched.
