Foe Hammer's armor (Thane armor from TG) - Missing class restriction

All the 6 parts of the armor set for Thanes from Tuscaren Glacier are missing their "usable by Thane only" restriction. It seems all classes can use them at the moment, which is wrong.

I saw now that there are other items in Midgard that are also missing their class restrictions; Brittlebone vest, Soul-scarred crown, Ice-Shadow boots, etc. All the epic dungeon items maybe needs to be looked over at some point.
