Fletching: Arcanium Throwing Knife + Hammer is only making 1x instead of 20x

There are lower level knifes/hammers etc that are also only making 1 instead of 20, but the arcanium weighted throwing axe's are at least making 20x.

Also, the knives (on my troll warrior, at least) are the only ones that actually appear on my back, the hammers and axes do not visibly appear at all.
